Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, sleep or other obstacles—I can help. I’ve worked with moms, grads, college students, war vets, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and pros from top tech firms and startups—including Facebook, Google, Square, Twitter, and more—on everything from time, stress and sleep management to career, relationships, and goal setting.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a collaborative, supportive approach to help you manage and resolve personal challenges. The process is active, focused, and goal-oriented, with the aim of helping you achieve your highest potential.
Going beyond traditional talk therapy, I work collaboratively with you to define, establish, track, and reach your goals. I actively and supportively listen, challenge negative or inaccurate beliefs, and help you get to the root of the issue.
You’ll learn effective thinking and behavioral tools tailored to your particular needs, and even hone those techniques with customized “homework” outside of sessions. My proactive, skills-based approach stems from an unyielding commitment to help you move forward, make positive changes, and lead a happy, fulfilling life.

Your confidential sessions are online – through Skype, FaceTime, or by phone, which provides many advantages over in-person therapy including convenience, easy access, and total privacy. Scientific studies prove online therapy to be as effective—and in some cases, even more beneficial, than in-person.
Ultimately, what’s most important is the trust and connection we establish. My clients consistently report forgetting they are online, and just becoming engaged in our work together. Click here to read testimonials from some of my former clients.
Please contact me with any questions you have about online or phone therapy/coaching, so we can get acquainted and discuss how I can help.
