This the first episode in my new series—“How to Become Free in Your life.” In episode 16, I gave you the overview of the series.

What I mean by “freedom” in this series is personal freedom, which means being totally free in your life, and within yourself, within your own mind and emotions, to think and act to create the life you want, without anyone or anything stopping you or weighing you down – and then enjoying what you’ve achieved!
